Ottenheimer Library Interlibrary Loan Service is pleased to provide ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan Internet Accessible Database) as its complete ILL management system. Users are able to track their requests on-line and receive specific e-mails regarding the status of their requests. Most articles are available in electronic format on the ILLiad server for users to access after receipt notification. On-line renewal requests are also available through ILLiad.
Faculty members are welcome to use departmental or grant account information for payment. New users need to set up a logon which will enables them to begin ordering. The Interlibrary Loan office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. If further information is needed you may contact the office at (501) 569-8812 or email the ILL department.
Policies
When borrowing books from another library, the lending library determines the due dates. Some materials may be renewed and loan material borrowed from lending libraries may be recalled by lending library at any time. You may institute renewal requests via your ILLiad account. Fines for overdue materials are $1.00 per day.
The Interlibrary loan department follows the guidelines of the Copyright Law (Title 17, United States Code) governing the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Copyright fees may apply.
